Mr. Frank Madero is the president of MADERO Engineers & Architects, L.L.C. Mr. Madero has over thirty five  (35)  years  experience  in  Program,  Project  and  Construction Management,  as  well  as  Consulting Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in multiple states, Certified Project Management Professional  (P.M.P.)  by  the  Project  Management  Institute  (P.M.I.),  and  a  Certified  Professional Constructor (C.P.C.) by the American Institute of Constructors (A.C.I.).
